Director of Business Systems

ITAC is assisting an established Birmingham client in their search for a Director of Business Systems! This position will focus on training and coaching end-users on the use of an enterprise SAP System as well as monitoring and reporting trends to help develop a strategy to help align the process with the intended process design.

Compensation:
Salary: $120 – 154k/yr (DOE)

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs), consultants and management to assess and develop the Business Systems training strategy, conception, design, development, deployment and maintenance of SAP training solutions and material.
• Oversee user procedures/work step documents, self-study, job aides, reference guides, e-learning materials, instructor/student content for SAP/Business Systems courses according to instructional design and communication principles.
• Serve as SAP/Business Systems  Project Manager for implementing all SAP ERP Systems.
• Develop and oversee ERP training programs
• Identify, lead, and integrate Instructors within workstreams.
• Identify and ensure completion of all learning management activity aspects of training (registration, training material housing, evaluations, etc.).

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements): 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of Management experience using SAP or other ERP system.
• 10+ years of IT experience
• CRM Experience preferred.
