Director of Leasing

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Manage relationships with tenants, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate lease agreements and manage lease renewals and all relevant documents.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of 100+ properties across 10 -11 states.
• Develop and implement proactive strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Work closely with the Asset Management Team and third-party leasing relationships and owners.
• Maintain real-time market intelligence and expand the company’s network and brand in target markets.
• Provide oversight of broker activities and reporting.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
 

• Active real estate/broker’s license or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate (preferably shopping centers over office buildings)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and YARDI.
• Strong ability to network and build relationships.
