Compensation

• Salary range: $100,000 – $115,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary administrator for the ERP system, owning its performance and optimization
• Partner closely with leadership during a major ERP implementation (Acumatica likely)
• Collaborate with end users across departments to understand needs and ensure adoption
• Develop system workflows, customizations, and reports to support business operations
• Oversee ERP data integrity, integrations, and security protocols
• Act as the liaison between business units and ERP vendors/VAR partners
• Mentor and later lead additional ERP team members as the function expands

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Proven success with cloud-based ERP platforms (Acumatica experience strongly preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functionally
• Leadership experience to guide future ERP hires
• Willingness to learn the business hands-on, including time in warehouse and operations settings
• Demonstrated career stability with a desire for a long-term role
