Field Superintendent

As a Field Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force behind high-quality builds, overseeing subcontractors, enforcing safety, and ensuring smooth trade coordination. Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising subcontractors and coordinating trades to keep projects on track
• Enforcing and promoting safety standards across all jobsites
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and inspections to ensure compliance and quality
• Preparing daily reports, 2-week look-ahead schedules, and project updates
• Leading client, architect, and engineer interactions with professionalism
• Managing onsite contract documents, permits, and safety records
• Demanding excellence in finish details from all trades

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• High school diploma with trades experience in Structural or MEP, or degree in construction management/engineering
• Proven ability to read plans and oversee concrete, masonry, demolition, and carpentry work
• Familiarity with Construction Management Software
• OSHA Certification (OSHA 10 preferred)
• Clean driving record and ability to start early at 6:30 AM
• Willingness to use construction tools and equipment as needed
