Compensation:

  • $20/hr.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Sort, label, and file both paper and electronic documents
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all records
  • Assist with archiving and organizing physical file systems
  • Help digitize and organize documents on shared drives
  • Ensure all documentation is easily accessible and properly categorized
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to meet daily filing goals
  • Follow guidance from the Office Manager and support overall project success

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • Comfortable working on-site in Birmingham (Pinson Valley area)
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on accuracy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Experience with digitizing or organizing records (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of cloud or shared file storage systems is a plus
