Compensation:
- $20/hr.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Sort, label, and file both paper and electronic documents
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all records
- Assist with archiving and organizing physical file systems
- Help digitize and organize documents on shared drives
- Ensure all documentation is easily accessible and properly categorized
- Collaborate with the administrative team to meet daily filing goals
- Follow guidance from the Office Manager and support overall project success
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Comfortable working on-site in Birmingham (Pinson Valley area)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Experience with digitizing or organizing records (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of cloud or shared file storage systems is a plus
