Compensation $60,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage full lifecycle of FMLA and leave requests from intake through return-to-work
  • Guide employees and managers through leave policies and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate documentation, eligibility, and medical certifications
  • Track and administer intermittent and reduced schedule leave
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, and applicable laws
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of leave cases
  • Support policy updates and continuous improvement of leave programs

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

  • Deep expertise in FMLA, ADA, and leave-of-absence regulations
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex leave laws in real-world scenarios
  • Experience advising on the intersection of leave, disability, and workers’ compensation
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as UKG
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (or similar)
