Compensation

• $80,000-$95,000 +20% bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and growing a tech-focused security systems team

• Overseeing installations and service for cameras, access control, alarms, and structured cabling

• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving security systems across multiple locations

• Providing hands-on leadership and technical support when needed

• Managing projects and ensuring timely completion of reports and documentation

• Coordinating with customers and internal teams for optimized system performance

• Ensuring all safety and compliance standards are met across the team

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Be able to do the job as described

• Experience in operations leadership at a security integrator or low-voltage company

• Project management capability in a field-based environment

• Ability to travel up to 50% and lift up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to be hands-on in both leadership and technical tasks

• Comfort with new technologies and learning proprietary systems
