HR Manager

ITAC Solutions is in search of an HR Manager based in the Tuscaloosa, AL region. Strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and processes are essential for this role.

Pay: $75k-$120k/yr DOE

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of human resources services to all employees, ensuring effective support across various HR functions.
• Act as a mediator to resolve issues between employees and managers, fostering a harmonious work environment.
• Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to formulate and implement comprehensive HR strategies, plans, and processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and compliance.
• Play a key role in executing employee recruiting strategies and facilitating seamless onboarding processes.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Minimum of 4-5 years of professional HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry-specific HR practices and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to effectively manage and analyze HR data.
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with meticulous attention to detail, enabling proactive identification and resolution of HR-related challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
