HR Specialist – Night Shift

Salary: $65 – $70k
Schedule: Monday – Friday / 7:00 PM – 3:45 AM

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Establish and maintain HR staff records and reports
• Data entry of HR information into various HR tools and software
• Handles all HR functions throughout the night shift including attendance records, employee relations, and basic HR related inquiries
• Conducts routine stay interviews and ensure employee morale is maintained

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to listen effectively
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Computer proficiency, with experience in Microsoft Office
• Previous administrative experience
• Excellent customer service skills, phone, and email etiquette skills
