Are you an Inside Sales Manager ready for a career move? Or are you an Inside Sales professional ready to step into a managerial position? We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager for a Manufacturing company in the Pell City area. This is an onsite position.

Compensation: $60k depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Lead a team of three inside sales representatives.
• Develop strategic sales plans.
• Monitor metrics for improvement.
• Forecast sales and manage the full sales cycle.
• Present products and offer after-sales support.
• Maintain client contact and resolve complaints.
• Negotiate agreements and maintain sales records.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Inside Sales Management experience or 10+ years of Inside Sales – ready to move into managerial position
• Bachelor’s Degree
