Compensation: $19/hr – $24/hr DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage customer accounts, process orders, and ensure accurate product details.
• Provide phone and in-person support to resolve customer inquiries.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to support sales growth.
• Assist outside sales representatives by preparing quotes and following up on leads.
• Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales activity reports.
• Deliver product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed choices.
• Support branch operations with an “all-hands-on-deck” mentality.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with HVAC products or distribution is a huge plus.
