IT Asset Manager

Our client is seeking a strategic IT Asset Manager to take ownership of the full lifecycle of technology assets in a highly visible, business-impacting role. This position plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory integrity, and cost optimization across the enterprise. Compensation

• Salary range: $90,000–$100,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of IT hardware, software, and licensing

• Manage and develop a small team, including an asset specialist and contractor

• Build and maintain asset tracking, reporting, and forecasting frameworks

• Deliver executive-level KPI and cost-optimization reporting

• Partner with technology and business leaders to improve service delivery

• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance

• Drive continual improvement in IT asset processes and tools

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 2+ years of experience in a dedicated IT asset management, procurement, or vendor management role.

• Hands-on experience with IT asset management strategy and reporting

• Leadership experience managing direct reports

• Advanced Power BI and Excel capabilities

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot

• Ability to translate asset data into business value
