Compensation

  • $55,000 – $59,000 salary

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide remote and on-site support via phone, email, and Teams
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and equipment setup
  • Document and track incidents in the service desk system
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated issues
  • Maintain security standards and IT documentation

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong remote support experience in Microsoft environments (AD, O365)
  • Demonstrated empathy and communication in high-volume support settings
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
  • Experience supporting enterprise or banking environments
  • Relevant certifications (ITIL, A+, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA) preferred
