Compensation: $65,000–$90,000 base salary
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and present leasing and rental proposals to new and existing customers
- Prospect and cold-call businesses to establish new lease sales
- Manage and grow your assigned territory, providing ongoing customer support
- Recommend optimal fleet size and mix based on client needs
- Meet annual sales quotas and participate in sales events
- Conduct market and rental analysis to support business decisions
- Submit regular reports to leadership
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- Familiarity with heavy-duty truck specifications, legal, and performance requirements
- Experience in full-service truck leasing and rental sales
- Comfort with cold calling and prospecting new clients
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Strong work ethic with willingness to travel extensively and work extra hours
