Compensation

$50,000 – $75,000 annual salary range
What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to and resolve escalated technical support tickets.
- Provide advanced support for desktops, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Deploy and manage Windows Server roles (AD, DNS, IIS, Radius, etc.).
- Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
- Support Microsoft 365 and other cloud services.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of networking, routing, and firewalls.
- Ability to manage Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Confident communicator who can explain technical issues clearly.
- Reliable transportation for local client visits.
