Litigation Paralegal

ITAC Solutions is seeking a dynamic Litigation Paralegal ready to embrace thrilling challenges! Joining a reputable firm in the Mobile, AL area, you’ll dive into investigating facts, preparing legal documents, and filing with the courts as needed. Your role will also encompass essential administrative tasks pertinent to supported cases, maintaining case files, conducting legal research, and facilitating interactions with experts and clients.

Pay Rate: $55k-$60k/yr (DOE)
This position is on-site. 
 
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Prepare and meticulously file various legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct thorough analysis of legal research data, providing valuable insights crucial for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to assist in trial preparations, ensuring all necessary documentation and support are in place.
• Efficiently manage schedules by coordinating meetings and depositions, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
• Act as a key liaison, maintaining effective communication channels with clients, partners, and expert witnesses to foster strong professional relationships.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation legal support experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, essential for streamlining documentation and communication processes.
