Compensation: up to $30/hour based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Organize and maintain litigation files from case inception through completion
• Conduct factual investigations, review discovery, and prepare documentation for production
• Coordinate and summarize depositions and assist with trial exhibits
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other filings for federal and state matters
• Manage attorney calendars and ensure key deadlines are met
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and court officials throughout the litigation process
• Maintain accurate timesheets and case records

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and e-filing procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw)
• Exceptional organizational and proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
