Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, orders, notices, and correspondence
• Manage and maintain case calendars and deadlines
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw or Lexis Nexis
• Investigate facts, interview witnesses, and summarize findings
• Oversee document production and trial preparation, including exhibits and notebooks
• File pleadings and motions, and manage e-discovery processes
• Review and summarize depositions, medical records, and case documents

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Litigation experience in civil, commercial, or insurance defense
• Familiarity with trial preparation and case management systems
• Proficiency in iManage (or similar law practice software) and ChromeRiver (expenses)
• Ability to work with multiple attorneys in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience capturing and recording billable time
• Paralegal certificate or undergraduate degree (preferred)
