Logistics Associate

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Associate to keep the wheels of distribution running smoothly. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that domestic orders are processed accurately, inventory stays precise, and shipments reach customers on time. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position where your diligence and problem-solving directly impact operational success and customer trust.

Compensation: $21/hr – $24/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Process and manage domestic customer and distributor orders with high accuracy
• Coordinate daily order execution with warehouses, distributors, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple systems and spreadsheets
• Track and resolve order issues, including shortages and back-orders
• Review and approve domestic freight and warehouse invoices
• Support operational reporting and ad-hoc projects
• Communicate effectively with sales, operations, and warehouse partners

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Strong critical-thinking skills to anticipate and prevent errors
• Experience with operational systems and Excel reporting
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, repetitive work accurately
• Clear communication skills across teams and external partners
• Self-starter with ownership mentality and follow-through
