Compensation: $40,000–$50,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinating daily logistics, including scheduling trucks and shipments
• Managing order entry while balancing fluctuating daily volumes
• Supporting production and delivery schedules through clear communication
• Maintaining accurate records and operational documentation
• Assisting with general office administration and workflow coordination
• Identifying inefficiencies and supporting process improvements

• Comfort coordinating logistics, dispatching, or shipment schedules
• Ability to manage order entry across varying workloads
• Strong attention to detail with a highly organized work style
• Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate operational needs
