As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help shape how meaningful infrastructure, architecture, and design work is positioned in the marketplace—supporting growth, strengthening brand presence, and translating A/E/C technical expertise into compelling stories across three brands. Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 annually (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and manage SOQs and proposal content in collaboration with engineering and architectural teams
  • Support business development efforts through market research, brand positioning, and A/E/C-focused messaging
  • Create, post, and analyze content across social media platforms
  • Maintain and update website and project portfolio content
  • Develop quarterly external newsletters and marketing communications
  • Coordinate project and event photography as needed
  • Partner closely with engineers, architects, and leadership to support firm-wide initiatives
 

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

  • At least three years of direct marketing experience within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (A/E/C) industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Skilled in writing persuasive content, particularly for proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
  • Proven ability to collaborate with technical professionals in an A/E/C environment
  • Experience managing social media accounts and analyzing performance metrics
  • Familiarity with updating and maintaining websites and project portfolios
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
