Mechanical Engineer

ITAC is helping a local client near Montgomery in their search for an onsite Mechanical Engineer! This person will be responsible for providing design, estimation, and production of client products. A successful candidate will have experience using SolidWorks, Draftsight, and Excel.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Work with multiple departments across operations, maintenance, and distribution.
• Work with Plant Manager and Production Manager to make sure the production team has the drawings needed to manufacture and complete orders.
• Apply verbal and written communication skills to internal and external customers.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, industrial experience a plus
• Experience with  Draftsight, SolidWorks, Excel, and MS Office programs. 
• Someone with good written and oral communication skills
