Office Manager / Administrative Operations Coordinator

Our client is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational functions, keeping everything running smoothly across departments. Compensation: Salary: $55,000/year (~$26.44/hour) + minimum 8 hours of overtime weekly (10–12 hours is common)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow
- Support leadership with scheduling, communication, and coordination
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic reconciliations
- Track inventory and support light warehouse/shipment tasks, including occasional forklift use
- Coordinate with vendors and provide office support across departments
- Maintain office supplies and manage organizational systems
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Be able to do the job as described
- Strong administrative or office management background
- Basic accounting knowledge (trainable)
- Comfortable working around light warehouse operations; able to lift up to 100 lbs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Adaptable and willing to take on multi-functional responsibilities
