Operations Specialist / Client Services Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Specialist for our client, you’ll be the central hub for communication, accuracy, and process flow—keeping teams aligned and client needs moving forward. Compensation: $20/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Opening, processing, and distributing mail and client files.
• Posting payments, making ACH transfers, and sending client remits.
• Handling maintenance files and file uploads across multiple systems.
• Communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Importing placements and preparing client forecasts.
• Supporting accounting functions and assisting leadership with operational needs.
• Ensuring smooth workflow across client services and internal processes.

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Ability to navigate multiple software platforms including Cogent.
• Comfort working without a cellphone at your desk (Teams used for emergencies).
• Experience with Alacourt or Pacer (preferred).
• Familiarity with FDCPA/UDAAP, AP/AR, or collections environments (unique pluses).
• Legal operations exposure or experience in creditors’ rights is advantageous.
