You’ll work closely with attorneys to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across entity formation, governance, and corporate closings, making a tangible impact on the firm’s high-profile work. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare and deliver corporate documents, certificates, amendments, and annual reports
• Conduct UCC and other searches, analyze results, and summarize findings
• Develop and manage closing checklists and transaction documentation
• Assist in preparation of closing statements and due diligence review
• Draft and refine entity formation and governance documents
• Organize and compare corporate transaction exhibits, identifying discrepancies
• Collaborate directly with attorneys and clients throughout corporate transactions

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Paralegal certificate required
• Corporate paralegal experience with entity formation and governance
• Experience working with CT Corporation, Capitol Services, or Secretary of State filings
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
