What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, renewals, Statements of Use, and related USPTO documents via TEAS
• Support TTAB matters including oppositions and cancellations via ESTTA
• Coordinate international filings with foreign counsel
• Conduct trademark screening searches (TESS/TSDR, WIPO, etc.)
• Manage attorney dockets and critical deadlines
• Prepare assignments, ownership updates, and enforcement documentation
• Communicate directly with clients regarding filings, deadlines, and portfolio updates

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Paralegal certificate (required)
• Experience with trademark and/or intellectual property matters
• Proficiency with USPTO systems (TEAS, TESS, TSDR, ESTTA)
• Experience managing complex trademark portfolios and deadline-driven dockets
• Ability to obtain legalizations, certifications, and apostilles for international filings
