Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Prepare and file pleadings in federal and state courts
• Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, case law, and documents
• Manage subpoenas and coordinate document production
• Organize and maintain case files (electronic and paper)
• Draft legal correspondence, affidavits, and supporting documents
• Assist with trial prep including exhibits, medical summaries, and depositions
• Communicate with clients, experts, and coordinate depositions/meetings
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
• Experience preparing and filing in both federal and state courts
• Strong ability to manage large-scale document production and organization
• Proven experience summarizing medical records and deposition transcripts
• Ability to track and manage billable time accurately
• Comfortable coordinating directly with expert witnesses and clients
