Compensation: $20–$22/hour DOE
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support senior leadership with calendars, correspondence, and administrative operations
- Create and manage documents using advanced Word, Excel, and Mail Merge functions
- Enter and maintain data across CRM and financial systems
- Track grant deadlines, applications, income, and reporting requirements
- Maintain donor and volunteer records and process daily gifts in CRM
- Produce operational and donor reports
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and organizational communications
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- Active faith alignment as a professing Christian involved in a local congregation
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Mail Merge for business use
- Hands-on experience working inside a CRM system
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, direct, results-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of priorities
- Willingness to serve as a notary or obtain notary credentials
