Payroll Administrator
Our client is adding a Payroll Administrator to support a rapidly scaling business. This is a newly created role with real influence—helping establish payroll processes, ensure compliance, and support a growing workforce as the organization expands nationally.

Compensation
-
$65,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Process accurate, multi-state payroll
-
Reconcile payroll registers and related bank accounts
-
Manage in-house payroll tax filings, including W-2s and quarterly reports
-
Serve as a trusted payroll resource for employee questions
-
Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls
-
Partner with HR and benefits teams on deductions and accruals
-
Identify and implement process improvements as the company grows
What You’ll Need to be Considered
-
Hands-on experience with multi-state payroll tax processing
-
Advanced Excel skills used in payroll analysis or reconciliation
-
Experience with JD Edwards, Kronos, or similar payroll systems
-
Background in construction would be a bonus!
