Compensation

• $70,000–$90,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Annual bonus opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process weekly payroll for 1,000+ employees across multiple states
• Manage certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements
• Oversee payroll tax filings, W?2s, and compliance-related reporting
• Reconcile payroll to the general ledger and prepare journal entries
• Troubleshoot payroll system issues and data integrations
• Document and improve payroll processes and controls
• Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Hands-on experience with certified payroll and Davis-Bacon compliance
• Advanced Excel skills 
• Ability to manage payroll/HRIS/ERP system integrations
• Knowledge of many pay types (per diem, travel, mobilization)
• Payroll certification (CPP or FPC), preferred
