Compensation
- $30–$35 per hour
- Strong Bonus opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Process weekly payroll for approximately 400 employees (hourly and salaried)
- Manage multi-state payroll with full compliance
- Prepare, file, and reconcile quarterly and annual payroll tax returns
- Generate W-2s and required payroll reports for accounting
- Enter and review journal entries using pre-populated forms
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
- 2+ years full cycle payroll processing experience required
- Hands-on experience with multi-state payroll tax returns
- Comfort being the sole payroll owner with a designated backup
- Experience entering payroll-related journal entries
- Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS platforms
- Experience with MS Excel
