Compensation

Up to $120,000 annual salary + bonus – depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee all aspects of payroll processing across multiple states

Ensure compliance with wage, tax, and labor regulations

Manage and optimize payroll system and timekeeping integration

Lead and mentor a small payroll support team

Collaborate with HR and Finance to align payroll with organizational goals

Maintain accurate records, reports, and audits of payroll transactions

Drive improvements in payroll efficiency and data integrity
What You’ll Need to be Considered

Experience with Paycor payroll software is highly preferred.

Strong leadership and supervisory ability in a complex, multi-state environment.

Expertise in payroll tax, compliance, and high-volume processing.

Comfort navigating organizational change and acquisitions.

Advanced Excel proficiency and attention to detail.
