Process Engineer

Compensation
• $110,000 – $125,000 base salary

What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop and optimize repair processes for complex electronic assemblies
• Build work instructions, routings, and operational workflows
• Support production and depot-level repair activities
• Lead root cause and corrective action efforts
• Drive process improvements for yield, quality, and throughput
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, IPC, and ITAR standards
• Support audits and mentor technical staff

What You’ll Need to be Considered
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or depot-level repair environments
• Working knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721, J-STD-001)
• Experience in AS9100 or other regulated quality systems
• Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation capabilities
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain clearance
