Compensation

• $100-115k

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with developers, stakeholders, and leadership to align priorities.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog to maximize customer and business value.
• Use data and feedback to inform continuous product improvement.
• Help formalize product processes and standards in a newly built function.
• Act as the bridge between business goals and technical execution.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Experience leading product ownership or management in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to thrive in a smaller, fast-growing environment rather than a large corporate structure.
• Product Owner certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM) are a plus.
