Our client is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join their growing operations team. Compensation: $23 – $25/hour DOE, long-term contract
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide responsive support to users, answering questions and guiding them through workflows
- Triage software issues: intake, categorize, troubleshoot, and escalate when necessary
- Validate system data and ensure accuracy in dashboards, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and track recurring problems
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing resources
- Manage ticket lifecycles, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution.
- Communicate clearly with users, providing updates and follow-through until resolution
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- Customer support experience combined with software troubleshooting expertise
- Experience supporting healthcare software (EHR/EMR or patient management tools)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Service Desk Plus preferred)
- Strong data validation and quality assurance skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users
