Our client is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join their growing operations team. You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring smooth operations, accurate data, and excellent user experiences across software platforms.

Compensation: $23 – $25/hour DOE, long-term contract

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide responsive support to users, answering questions and guiding them through workflows
  • Triage software issues: intake, categorize, troubleshoot, and escalate when necessary
  • Validate system data and ensure accuracy in dashboards, reports, and documentation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and track recurring problems
  • Document solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing resources
  • Manage ticket lifecycles, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution.
  • Communicate clearly with users, providing updates and follow-through until resolution

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

  • Customer support experience combined with software troubleshooting expertise
  • Experience supporting healthcare software (EHR/EMR or patient management tools)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Service Desk Plus preferred)
  • Strong data validation and quality assurance skills
  • Ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users
