Program Manager

Compensation: $80K

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Manage multiple automotive programs from proposal through final part delivery
• Serve as the primary customer interface, providing updates and managing expectations
• Lead APQP activities and align internal milestones with customer requirements
• Track cost, schedule, and technical performance using program management tools
• Coordinate prototypes, sample builds, and pre-production volumes
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve risks and issues
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to meet deadlines

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Hands-on experience leading APQP activities
• Direct customer-facing experience in an automotive environment
• Ability to manage programs using MS Project
• Comfort working in a manufacturing/plant setting
• Experience navigating ERP and CRM systems
