ITAC Solutions is working alongside a partner in Mobile, Alabama, in its search for a Project Manager. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field, and the ability to travel in Mobile and the surrounding areas.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Oversees construction projects from start to finish in coordination with on-site Project Superintendent; ensures projects are built on schedule and within budget.
• Manages project Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Financials.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of project drawings, specifications, bid packages, and subcontractor scopes.
• Processes and maintains all Project Submittals, RFI’s, Contract Documents, Files and Correspondence.
• Leads and schedules Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings for projects.
• Writes all subcontracts and purchase orders for direct cost of work items and manages buy-outs to ensure scope of work is covered.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
 

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with expediting and inspection; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outgoing personality with comfortability cold calling providers and selling them to join the network.
• Ability to travel.
