Salary: $80-85K+ depending on experience. This is an onsite position.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Manage day-to-day operations of properties within a managed portfolio of approximately 20-25 properties.
• Handle tenant maintenance requests, and capital improvements, manage budget, property inspections, AR/collections, financial reporting, and deal with third-party owners.
• Plan and execute various property projects while providing property reports and financials.
• After-hours on-call as scheduled (monthly)
• Site visit reports, variance reporting, and meetings with owners/clients (quarterly)

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Minimum of 5 recent, consecutive years running Shopping Center Properties.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple properties with job stability.
• Remote management experience (some properties are in other states).
• Designations: CPM or ACoM
