Provider Relations Specialist

Our client is seeking dynamic Provider Relations Specialists to expand and manage their PPO provider network. In this role, you’ll engage directly with providers, negotiate rates, and act as a key liaison across the organization — making a real impact on healthcare access and business growth.

Compensation: $62K–$64K base salary + Annual incentive up to $4,500 based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop, expand, and maintain the PPO provider network
• Conduct provider orientations and training sessions
• Negotiate provider rates and adhere to established fee schedules
• Serve as liaison between providers, clients, patients, and internal teams
• Support Clinical, Accounting, and Marketing Divisions on provider-related initiatives
• Assist in proposal preparation and on-going research projects
• Maintain and recommend updates to policies, procedures, and contracts

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Experience and comfort with cold calling
• Outgoing and persuasive personality
• Strong soft skills and attention to detail — personality is key!
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks

What Could Set You Apart:

• Experience in sales, business development, or recruiting preferred (any field where cold calling was a key element of your work)
• Insurance or managed care/PPO background is a plus
