Compensation

• $80,000–$100,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee Quality Assurance processes and QMS performance
• Maintain and support ISO9001 and AS9100 certifications
• Lead audits, inspections, and corrective action initiatives
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements
• Analyze non-conformances and ensure resolution
• Support continuous improvement and compliance efforts

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• ISO9001 Internal Auditing Certification
• Ability to implement risk management principles
• Experience certifying to IPC standards
• Background in defense or aerospace electronics environments
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• U.S. Citizenship required
