Our client is seeking a driven and technically skilled engineer to join their electronic service depot supporting defense programs worldwide. In this role, you’ll work on advanced radar and automated test equipment (ATE) systems for aircraft such as the F-15, F-16, and C-130—projects that directly impact national security. Compensation

$180,000 – $200,000 DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the technical lifecycle of radar and ATE systems from concept through sustainment
• Support sustainment and repair of OEM equipment, including data reviews and risk assessments
• Define and maintain strategic product roadmaps aligned with business and market goals
• Translate complex requirements into actionable specifications for hardware and software
• Provide technical input for business development, proposals, and customer engagement
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, export controls, and security regulations

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of experience with radar systems, RF electronics, or test systems engineering
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience, ideally within defense or aerospace
• Familiarity with ATE architecture, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), RF test equipment, and radar signal processing
• Proficiency with engineering tools like Jira, Confluence, DOORS, or test management platforms
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
