Compensation: $70,000 annually base salary DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare, revise, and file legal documents, certificates, statements, and amendments related to real estate transactions
• Form limited liability companies and other business entities
• Conduct UCC and related searches supporting transactional due diligence
• Prepare and manage closing checklists and transaction documentation from LOI through closing binders
• Review and summarize title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials
• Assist with preparation of closing statements and transaction documentation
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and transactional documentation with attorneys and stakeholders

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• 3+ years of experience supporting real estate transactions
• Ability to manage closing documentation and transaction checklists through the full deal lifecycle
• Experience reviewing title commitments and surveys
• Familiarity with UCC searches and entity formation
• Experience with Landtech or similar real estate closing software
• Strong ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple transaction deadlines
