We are hiring a Recruiting Manager to lead our Accounting & Finance recruiting team — a role designed for someone who loves building high-performing teams and shaping a strong, disciplined recruiting function.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coaching, developing, and supporting a team of A&F recruiters — helping them build mastery, confidence, and consistent performance.
• Managing recruiting workflows with intention, ensuring seamless delivery, precise execution, and compliance with best practices and employment laws.
• Driving performance through recruiter scorecards, leveraging data to build healthy pipelines and make informed decisions.
• Partnering closely with Account Managers and vertical leaders to create aligned, intentional experiences for both clients and candidates.
• Leading the candidate experience within the A&F vertical, ensuring interactions with ITAC feel respectful, professional, and thoughtfully guided.
• Maintaining personal production to stay connected to the market and model best-in-class recruiting behaviors.
• Cultivating a culture of trust, accountability, shared growth, and pride in great work.

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• Three (3) or more years of high-performing recruiting experience in a fast-moving staffing environment.
• At least one (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated success in coaching or developing others.
• Strong recruiting acumen — the ability not just to do great work, but to teach it.
• Familiarity with Accounting & Finance roles, talent dynamics, and market expectations.
• Values that reflect integrity, collaboration, excellence, and a helping heart.
• The ability to navigate competing demands with calmness, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and guide.
• Ability to complete ITAC’s standard background checks.

What Could Set You Apart

• Three (3)+ years of leadership experience in staffing or professional services.
• Prior experience managing an A&F recruiting team.
• Deep expertise in the A&F talent landscape and hiring challenges.
• A history of creating or executing recruiting strategies that consistently generate strong candidate flow.
• Proven ability to balance leadership responsibilities while maintaining strong personal production.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
