Recruiting Services Coordinator

ITAC Solutions’ Recruiting Services Coordinator is an integral part in the management of recruiting activities and a highly-valued member of our recruiting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, service-oriented role with varied responsibilities.  This direct hire, full-time,  internal role is based in Birmingham, Alabama. 

Annualized Salary: $40K-$45K DOE
 
What you will be doing (duties and responsibilities): 

• Working closely with ITAC’s recruiters to ensure critical applicant and candidate information is obtained and appropriate records are updated within ITAC’s applicant tracking system
• Tracking recruiting activities and providing reports to recruiting leaders (weekly, monthly and quarterly) 
• Work directly with ITAC’s automation tool to provide insightful recommendations and updates
• Identifying and communicating training opportunities for recruiters and maintaining participation records
• Managing the allocation of recruiting resources and working closely with points-of-contact to troubleshoot issues 
• Provide general office support to Recruiting Team and Corporate Support Team, as needed 
• Assisting in providing Recruiting Leaders and Team with important upcoming dates

What you need to be considered (requirements): 

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Strong written and oral communication skills 
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level
• Must be able to satisfy ITAC’s pre-employment screening requirements including a credit check, criminal background check and education verification
