Regional Sales Manager

ITAC Solutions is helping a valued client find a Regional Sales Manager to join their team in Texas! In this role, the Regional Sales Manager with aid in strategizing and executing sales plans, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, effective communication skills, and a keen understanding of market dynamics. This role requires residing within the specified territory and frequent travel.

Pay Rate: $85k-$95k/yr + commission

• Develop and implement sales strategies in line with company objectives
• Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to achieve targets
• Monitor territory performance and provide actionable insights
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with peers to share knowledge and enhance performance
• Manage regional budgets and ensure adherence to company policies

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements): 

• 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in sales management
• Ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
