RF Technician
Franklin, NC - Onsite
Our client is seeking a hands-on RF Technician to support the testing, troubleshooting, and repair of mission-critical RF systems used in advanced defense applications. This is a highly technical, lab-based role where your work directly supports the reliability of radar and communication systems operating in demanding military environments. You’ll work with complex RF equipment, solving problems down to the component level where precision truly matters.

Compensation
• $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
• Troubleshooting and repairing RF systems to the component level
• Using RF test equipment such as VNA, spectrum analyzers, and power meters
• Performing RF measurements including small/large signal analysis
• Diagnosing radar, IFF, and communication system failures
• Interpreting schematics, waveforms, and diagnostic data
• Tuning and reworking RF circuits and assemblies
• Documenting repair findings and maintaining technical records
What You’ll Need to be Considered
• Strong hands-on experience with RF test and measurement equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot without schematics or OEM documentation
• Experience with radar, RF communications, or similar systems preferred
• Familiarity with analog and digital circuit troubleshooting
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for security clearance required
