Compensation

• $90k-110k

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth Agile operations
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs
• Remove blockers and obstacles that hinder team progress
• Foster continuous improvement and Agile thinking across the organization
• Develop transparency through clear metrics for team and stakeholder alignment

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles
• Skilled facilitator, mentor, and motivator with excellent communication skills
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or SAFe) preferred
• Experience using Agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
