Compensation: $85,000+/year DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyzing financial data to optimize portfolio performance
• Maintaining internal controls and ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Generating and distributing monthly financial statements
• Providing valuable financial insights to stakeholders
• Assisting with year-end audits and special projects

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Ability to excel in financial analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

What Could Set You Apart:

• CPA or MBA qualifications
• Experience in property accounting or affordable housing preferred
• Yardi experience
