Senior Accountant
Location: Shelby County, AL
Hybrid flexibility
Compensation: $80-85K Depending on experience!
What you'll be doing:
• Will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, monthly statement preparation, and overseeing various financial processes including Fixed Assets, Revenue, Accruals, Commissions, and ad hoc reporting.
• Conduct monthly closings and reconciliations.
• Perform audits.
• Assist in monthly report preparation.
• Assist with tax audits, filings, and annual budgeting.
• Other duties as assigned
What you'll need to be considered:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required! Sage 100 preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting/audit experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Combination of public and corporate accounting experience preferred.
• Master's and/or CPA preferred!
