Title: Senior Accountant
Location: On-site | Direct Hire
Salary: $85K (DOE)

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
•    Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
•    Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
•    Manage billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing, and treasury functions.
•    Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
•    Collaborate with project managers on job cost accounting.
•    Work with third-party CPA firms for financial statement reviews and tax compliance.
•    Maintain and update ERP/general ledger systems.
•    Implement improvements to financial systems, processes, and controls.
•    Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
•    Minimum of three years of accounting experience.
•    Proficiency in accounting and data analytics software.
•    Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
•    Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
•    Familiarity with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end closing processes.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•    CPA certification, Master's degree, and experience in an accounting firm are highly preferred.
